Liaoning Liaoan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company which integrates operation and manufacture, subordinated to Liaoan Group. Our company was founded in 1993, located in Liaoyang County Economic Development Industrial Zone. Our Group has 7 branches and 2 manufacturing factories, and the track shoe factory is one of the 2 manufacturing factories. Our firm occupies 22400 square meters, and the production department covers 12000 square meters. There are 300 staff members in the company, and 21 of them are high technicians. We mainly produce 24 serial track shoes for bulldozers and excavators, and more than 200 varieties of products are produced in line with domestic standard and European & Japanese technical standards.

With the sales concept of integrity, technology innovation, and product optimization, Liaoan expanded business scale and world market. Due to continual equipment update and management improvement, the quality of both equipment and products is improved. Thanks to the successful application of 6 SIGMA and other advanced production management, our company has developed heat treatment press quenching semi-automatic production lines in line with international level to solve the deformation problem of heat treatment. Our annual production capacity of track shoes is over 1 million tons. In 2003, our company passed the evaluation of ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system certifications, and been approved by Caterpillar. Our products cover 60% of domestic market. Moreover, they are also exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
